Meet TAYLOR WATERS, your average RUDE, BETRAYED, CAUTIOUS trainer. She is allied with NONE so I guess you can call her NEUTRAL. Well, not really. She is just a lovable little girl that's misunderstood, just like most other girls in this gosh dang world.
”everybody wanna be a leader”
People call her scary, mean, etc. but that's just her outside. Considering the fact that she's been betrayed by her own brother by joining Team Rocket, she gets a bit.. Angry.
”boy, you’re steppin’ in the danger zone”
The girl is slightly.. Messed up in the head, she thinks everyone is her enemy. That everyone that she loves will betray her and become 'evil'. Well, maybe she's right. It could happen.

Although she may be great at acting, being independent, and being down right mean, she has her downs as well. She can be a very big pain in the as--butt if that's not obvious already. Taylor can also be extremely rude to her Pokemon and will yell at them if they don't do what she says properly. So, that's pretty much why her Pokemon push themselves to the extreme for her

history
This pretty girl was born in the small city of Cerulean in Kanto. To a pair of trainers. In fact, her mother was a former gym leader. Lovely. So where on earth did this girl get her 'tude' from when she has a nice, loving mother?
Easy.
The girl was a late edition to her family, her youngest.. older brother was seven years older than her. She was probably the most dependent and spoiled brat out of the four siblings.
She lived with her dad for the most of her young life, being stuck with him as the two older brothers that used to live with her dad went out and about, traveling the Pokemon world.
When she was ten, everything went better for her. It was time to leave her dad. She went off to Professor Oak and asked for a Pokemon but ended up going home with empty hands.
On the way back to the city, she came across an injured Staryu. Worried, she took it home to have it healed.
"The Staryu will be alright"[/size]
Nurse Joy told her as she gave the starfish back to the girl, with a nod, she went and told her dad about it. He gave a nod of approval and off the girl went to explore the region of Kanto.
One year passed and the girl found herself in the region of Iona..
.... What awaits her in this island?

appearance
Taylor looks average, which easily makes her fit in with her background. To be honest, she doesn't care what people think about her but cares what she thinks about others.
The girl has blonde hair, cut mid length to the base of her neck. She has soft blue eyes that shows caution, betrayal, and... Hints of pain. Fair skin cover her body, refusing to darken in the sun which sort of irritates her when she wants to get a tan.
Her clothing is that of a normal teenage girl, otherwise known as that of a fashionista's. She carries a large amount of clothing with her. She keeps it in a backpack that she carries around.
