Jay is somewhat of a bipolar person. He can be the happiest person and then he can get very mad. This all happened because of what his dad did to him. When you befriend Jay, he will do anything for you. That includes pokemon. If Jay becomes angered at his pokemon, he will treat them badly and overwork them. When Jay is angry at people, he will treat them badly too. Jay can have a loveable side and then a hateful side. His loveable side will show more if you are friends with him. This is what can make Jay a great team rocket member.
Appearance:
Jay has brown hair that is long and shaggy. He has has gray eyes. He has tanned skin from staying outside. He wears a black long sleeve shirt skin tight shirt (like under armour). He wears khaki shorts with white shoes and ankle socks. He also has a backpack that he holds his things in.
History:
Jay had been born during the time where Shadow pokemon where being used. Jay had been raised by some of the people working for Greevil. Jay's father is Jon, a high ranking Cipher member and Chong's right hand man. Jay had always been taught to use pokemon the way you wanted and not to listen to their pokemon. Jay had listened to this but stopped when his dad gave him his Absol, who he nicknamed Alex. Him and Alex became best friends. His dad didn't like the idea of him treating Alex nicely so he disowned Jay.
At that time, Jay was thirteen and had no where to go. He learned his mom had moved away from his dad because of the way Jon treated pokemon. Jay couldn't find his mother and became depressed. He started treating Alex badly again. Alex knew this was just a phase and still loved Jay.
Since Jay was only thirteen, he had no where to go. He moved to a different region and on a boat he was found by a team rocket member. Jay agreed to join them when he told the team rocket member his history. Jay had stayed a Grunt because he didn't want to move up. Jay is now living in Iona where the Team Rocket brought him.
