Cecile is a docile woman outside of the playing field, but when challenged becomes an unexpected powerhouse. She does not mock other fighters and is an honorable opponent. If she sees a trainer pushing to hard for victory she finishes the battle mercifully. She always remembers faces and does not hold grudges. Cecile is very level-headed, not breaking her cool once in battle. She accepts defeat with her head high and holds her pride close.

Appearance:

Cecile looks slightly different than most swimming Water Gym leaders. She, unlike her daughter, is very beautiful. Her long, fluid hair is chocolate brown and possesses gentle waves of volume that curl to her mid back. Her eyes are what makes her beautiful, as she has rich, earthy brown eyes that allure and draw another one in. Her eyes are proud and wise, signifying the divine woman's age and experience. Her skin is light but not deathly pale like the standards today. Her face is framed by smooth jaw lines and dark brown eyebrows.

Unlike water gym leaders, Cecile does not flash a bathing suit. In its place, the woman holds herself in midnight black dress pants and a white, 3/4 sleeve blouse. Heels line her feet, making them easy to kick off. This gives her the aura of authority and intelligence in battle. However, the navy swimsuit is kept beneath, in case of something occurring and Cecile needing to swim.
