How do explain something that is unexplainable? Moka just is. Her personality is like a roller coaster: She can be outgoing and go lucky one minute only to be shy and secluded the next. She loves spicey food, no matter how spicey it is. This isn't to say that she isn't affected by the spice, but actualy it is the opposite. She is what some might call a "Neko-Jita" or otherwise known as a Cat tongue: A person who can't stand to eat hot things because they are too hot for them. So call her a glutton for punishment. She is very hugable as a person though, and likes hugging people when she can get the chance. She is unnaturally attracted to almost any creature that is small and fluffy. She loves fluffy things and likes to hug them. She is very innocent and naiive, but often gives the wrong impression and says very curious...things. Its easy to get the wrong impression from what she is trying to say, but honestly she doesn't do it on purpose. Moka has no cares in the world and is almost guarenteed to be irresponsible on some level. Asking her to do something is like asking for it not to be done, or worse...

Her father's name was Greg the Traveler. He looked like any other generic mountain man NPC from one of the Original Pokemon games, but he was a good guy. He traveled the ares in search of Rock pokemon only to find something even better: A wife. They married and he built a home along the way of Route 12 and settled down with his wife there. It was here that Moka was born. Moka was odd even from birth, and a constant eye had to be kept on her at all times. Her parents worried that she was mentally handicapped in some way. Maybe she was bipolar or something? Regardless of what she was, or is, her parents did not know what to do. On the other side of the story is War, Moka's Flareon...or should it be the other way around? War's Moka. War was bred by a generic looking biker guy from Pokemon Red. War spent his life under tough intense training and took part in an illegal underground Pokemon league, where there were no rules. He eventually escaped after evolving into a Flareon and lived in the wild for many years. Life in the wild was tough, but it wasn't as hard as the underground pokemon leagues had been. Trainers to their folly would often try to catch War, and in return War would show them their errors.
One day War was walking down Route 12 on his way for something or another and Moka saw him. Thats right, all it took was for her to see him. She left her house and started following War around everywhere. The pokemon did not like being followed, but because the girl didn't mean him any harm, he didn't care. After traveling for several weeks together War started to enjoy all the attention he got from Moka. He decided to keep her as his pet. He started to take care of Moka, who, in return, could only give him unconditional love. War had never experienced anything like it before, and just like his greedy nature he decided to obtain all of Moka's love for himself. So they traveled for roughly five years: Not many people realize that Moka isn't really a trainer, but is just following a wild pokemon around. What is even stranger is how Moka ended up joining team Rocket. That story is even more unbelievable...we should probably just leave it at that. XD
