This large city is where many trainers start their journey in Iona, for it contains a port, research lab, mall, trainer school, museum, and much much more.

This route lies between Boron City and the Ample Forest.

This sea route lies between Boron City and Route 15.

Going through Ample Forest will lead one to Ample Town, a rather large community housing a gym and ruins; The forest, itself has an abundance of Pokemon.

This is one of the larger towns on the island. It contains the Ample Town Gym and is located near Unknown Ruins.

From here one can travel down Route 2 to Border Town or up Route 8 toward the Battle Area.

This route lies between Ample Town and Border Town.

This is a small, but bustling farming community containing a small gym; Ranches are scattered throughout the area and a many a festival are thrown come fall.

This route lies between Border Town to Faros Town.

This route lies between Border Town and Lakewood Town.

This is a quite town near the sea. Within it's stone wall there is a gym and an old white lighthouse, that it the town's defining feature.

This route lies between Faros Town and Professor Elm's cabin.

This sea route lies between Faros Town and Lakewood Town.

This is a humble town near the base of the western mountains. The Lakewood Gym in located within the town and great training can be offered in the neighboring mountains.

When climbing Frost Mountain trainers will come across a large ledge with a dense forest that is home to a vast amount of Bird Pokemon, as well as others, and at the top of the mountain ice Pokemon can be found wandering freely.

This route lies between Lakewood Town and Lilly Valley.

This modest town is located in the shadow of Frost Mountain. It contains a gym, park, herbal medicine shop, and is home to a knowledgeable group of elders.

This route lies between Lilly Valley and the fork of Route 7 and 8.

This route lies between the fork of Route 7 and 8 and Trace Tower.

Home to many ghost, physic, and dark type Pokemon, Trace Tower isn't a place for one weak of heart.

This route lies between the fork of Route 9 and 10.

This route lies between Route 8 and Ample Town.

One can only enter the Battle Area after defeating the Pokemon League, only the strongest of trainers gather here to battle one and other.

This is the second largest city on the island. It is home to a powerful gym and a mysterious tower, where grass Pokemon gather. It's people are deeply rooted in traditions and hold festivals to honor them.

This route lies between Route 8 and Megalos City.

This route lies between Megalos City and Apalos Lake.

Cherry Mountain is home to an array of fire and rock type Pokemon. Many fossils can also be found with in it's caverns.

Apalos Lake is a large, calm lake, that nearly always has a glass like surface. Many water and bug type Pokemon live here, and within it's deep underwater caves, rare water Pokemon reside.

This route lies between Apalos Lake and Apalos Cave.

Apalos Cave is the link between Routes 12 and 13. It is a monstrous cave with many levels and one can easily get lost when exsploring it's hidden chambers, however, it is a straight shot trough the cave to reach Route 13.

This route lies between Apalos Cave and Farr Town.

This town is heavily secluded, being the near forests and hilly terrain, so trainers have to venture through Apalos Cave.
