Personality: Hiro is a very sociable person, he enjoys the company of others. He has been called many things in his life, from an Devil , to something much worse. But he hasn't taken it all in his stride and learnt from his mistakes. He has a strange friend complex, in which if he enjoys what you are doing he will like you. So if you enjoy capturing other people's pokemon and not caring on how you treat them, he likes you! He is quite a free spirit, and laid back ,he always thinks the answer to everything is a nice blast of burning fire. (Becuase your mind focuses after such a distraction!) He doesn't always try to please everyone, usually he just tells people the truth, so that he can see what is within their hearts. Very perceptive and at times he doesn't need to see someone’s face to see what they are thinking. Hiro can become much more evil when need be, willing to hurt someone if they get in his way. He can work well in teams, and tries to do the least amount of work, but ends up doing the most. He is smart and thinks things through....most of the time, usually he blazes heaf first and sees where he ends up. To him pokemon are a useful tool, sure they canbe cute and stuff, but who cares about that when ya want to steal, defeat and utterly humliate other trainers eh?

This is Hiro's Chopper, a large powerful beast which gets him from A to B in a quick fashion. There are some changes to this design and Hiro's bike. The base colour is a dark metallic black, and the tribal vynils are and orange colour, quite halloweenish. The sude vents are longer and at the tips curve up a bit looking similar to Houndoom's tail, with writing going a long them stating something about Team Rockets superiority. The handle bars are roughly the same but their is an Entei shaped metal skull on the front, giving off a powerful effect of strength. From the seat backwards, their is a cloud similar to Entei's back, the Bike was styled after him, as that is Hiro's favorite and most sought for Pokemon. On the front wheels powerfull claws hold the wheel in place.

Starting off with Hiro's head, his hair
colour is a dark black, it’s soft and fair and goes over his face, so like its spiked but starts from the back of his head. And pulls forward so if you looked at him from the side, his hair would be in the way of his nose and eyes. The 2 horns on his head, are mainly faker however he had a growth deformation and has 2 smaller horns, barely visible, on his head, so to emphazie them a bit more he decided to make bigger ones using the horns of Donphans.
His head shape is long but chiselled and slightly rounded and he always has a set of stubble growing along his jaw. His eyes a clear crystal blue, his nose is a medium sized and compliments his hard but soft face. He has a large mouth and a pearly set of white teeth.
He has only become a large lad recently, and being at 6 foot 5 and weighing at 220 pounds, it hasn't changed. He as a long and slender frame for his size but does look quite muscular, the luck that his muscles are stretched out and evenly placed along his body. His skin tone is tanned but towards the darker side, he has large hands, and long fingers able to engulf most others in a hand shake. His veins can be seen easily in his arms when exerted, and his chest is clean.
He allows his underarm hair to grow but usually trims it back, but not completely shaved. Usually he wears nothing on top, apart from his long black trench coat, which he loves to bits, made of leather and is dark black it goes down to the floor. The white rib like markings all over his body are connected to the coat and are also made out of Donphan Tusks. His lower body consist of well developed calf’s and semi hairy legs, also he wears a pair of 3/4 shorts which hang down his boxers, which are black with red hearts on, and keeps it up with a particularly large belt buckle, which is in an X shape.
The actual shorts themselves are orange and black, but have a skull pattern vinyl crawling up the left leg. He wears no socks and usually has a pair of ankle trainer’s one, perfect for running around in.
He usually walks at a nice and casual pace, he takes medium sized strides, his hands are either in his pockets, or fiddling with a pencil, which is kept by his ear. Even in a hurry he takes his time, he lacks a sense of urgency, he loses himself in his imagination and thoughts, so he could be looking everywhere.. apart from in front. His body always looks relaxed and he slumps his shoulders, with enemies, friends and girls, he just takes it all in his stride.
In terms of tattoos and scars, he has a tattoo on his right shoulder, in the style of a graffiti vinyl, is a mix of instruments used in an orchestra, violins, tubas, piano, guitar, all of them are squeezed, fused twist and puzzled together, but you can see all of them easily, white outlines cover it, but the instruments are a medium blue. Underneath the tattoo the word Promise is written.

What he loved to listen to the most was the legends of the beasts. Raikou, Suicune, Entei, each an embodiment of an element of this world. These majestic dogs, with their tails of flowing clouds and roars that are equivalent to the thunder rumbling on a stormy day. To Hiro, those 3 Pokémon were the true Kings of Johto, Lugia and Ho-oh stood no chance compared to them.
From the moment he heard about them, he spent his childhood, playing with other kids, pretending to command all 3 and defeat his enemies. He searched throughout the collapsed tower, looking for the entrance into their cave. It got him into trouble, but as a child when do you really care as long as your dreams are fulfilled? However, as each day passed he grew up,
becoming a more mature person and finding his path to take.
He remembered his first trip to Goldenrod City, which set his future in stone for him. His parents thought it would be a good trip to take their now 12 year old son, show him the big city. His father was going to leave them to collect his Pokémon, when Hiro begged to go with him. They went to the famous Daycare centre, and Hiro met the old couple, eyes full of wonderment as they explained their job and allowed him to pet the other Pokémon. It made him smile so much that the parents asked if they could leave him with the couple, see if they could handle a human this time round!
The old couple agreed and said they would do it for free, since they were enjoying Hiro's company already. As the day continued, he learnt so much about breeding, and from that day forward he told the couple and his parents he was going to be a breeder. As the years clocked, Hiro spent a lot of time in Goldenrod, then travelled to Cerulean City to the Daycare there. By the time he reached 18 he had been to every region, learning from the pros; Mauville City-Hoenn, Four Island Sevii-Islands, Agate Village in the Orre Region.
When he returned to his family, they all greeted him with celebrations, even the Gym Leader Morty was there to congratulate Hiro on his hard work and as a gift to him, and he gave Hiro the Fog Badge, so that he is a recognised Breeder of Ecruteak. However Hiro had changed, he was darker, the clothes he wore represented this, his deamnour had also changed, becoming more rude and angry. By his side a Houndour dutyifully stood, awaiting his masters orders, a ball being thrown up and down in Hiro's hand, black and red...a Rocketball. The entire town and familiy were shocked to hear their child had become a member of Team Rocket, how he was able to tell his stories with such happiness and gusto, which disgusted everyone else. He laughed at their ignorance and left the town, saying if they wanted a piece of the new world, to go and contact him.

- Smog:The foe is attacked with a discharge of filthy gases. It may also poison the target.
