-Personality
Miu is a bold child with a lot of personality. She is not really one would consider a really sweet and loving child, but not exactly an independant teenager either. She loves to get attention, but does not drown in the need for it. If she gets it, she's happy. If not, she does not really go far enough to throw a fit to try to gain it. One might see her as mature, while others might just see her as a lonely child holding back her true feelings. She is indeed calm for her age, and can take a step back and look at how things are around herself and understand her situation before taking action.
Miu also is pretty good at acting. She can push back her true thoughts and become someone completely different when she needs to. She shows her true self mostly only to other fellow Team Rocket members, and fakes and acts as an innocent, clueless child around the team's targets. From posessing this skill, she is often times put in situations as a small spy, and can often come back with lots of valuable information without the victim knowing he/she was spied upon.
This child also lacks of knowlege of Pokemon. She sees it as a thing that people just carry around, almost like a toy or a stuffed animal. She loves her Nidoran, yes, but does not have the same bond with it as most trainers do. It is more like a child attatched to their favorite toy; the same one that they play with all day, then toss it in the toy box at night like nothing.[/color]
-Appearance
Though she can be seen in many visual ways, from a poor homeless child to a rich spoiled brat, the basic appearance for Miu are the same. She has long, raven-colred hair that can seem to look purple or dark navy blue in some lights. Her eyes are equally dark, with a small hint of gray in it from time to time. She has light-colored skin, and is most often seen not in a team rocket outfit, but in frilly dresses. This is only so she can blend in more with other trainers than showing clearly of herself being a team rocket member. She is not particularly tall, but neither short. Just... Average.[/color]
-History
Miu Kagami was born within the Team Rocket's group. Her father was a professor, and her mother was one of the respected members of the Pokemon-study spy. When she was born, a Nidoqueen that was force-bred laid an egg, and it was given to her as a birthday-gift of birth. When she was 4, the egg had finally hatched, taking a long time due to the stress and tests it was put through, resulting in the egg to develop slow. A female Nidoran had appeared and immediately gave in to being the child's pokemon.
Miu and Nidoran kept eachother company while the girl's parents were busy working, and when her parents were with her, Nidoran was forced to stay in a cage. Nidoran was pushed through stress over the years of only being let out of the kennel when Miu wished.
Miu's parents taught their daughter that Pokemon were just a moving object, not a living creature, so Miu grew up believing that Nidoran was only her toy. However one day when Miu was told to go get supplies for testing on pokemon, she was forced to take her Nidoran to battle, when she finally learned that Pokemon in fact were living creatures. She got home to tell her parents, thinking that it was a new discovery, when her parents scolded her and told her to stop being stupid. Miu immediately believed her parents, seeing they studied pokemon all day every day, and is still having troubles trying to find out that pokemon really have feelings.

Miu's biggest skill is acting. She can change her personalities around, faking herself for it, for a very long time without much troubles. This skill is mostly used by Team Rocket for sending her to places to get information or trust from people.[/color]
