Meet ANGEL ALCALA, your average SADISTIC, LOVING, WEIRDO trainer. She is allied with TEAM ROCKET so I guess you can call her EVIL. Well, not really. She is just a lovable little teenager that's misunderstood, just like most other teens in this gosh dang world.”everybody wanna be a leader”
People call her weird, stupid, idiotic, etc. but that's just her outside. She wants people to underestimate her, make them think she's weak. She is intelligent, trained by a professor in another region that has come to visit.”boy, you’re steppin’ in the danger zone”
That professor was stupid. Though he did teach her a few points about this and that. How to locate her opponent's weakness, blah blah blah. She was... thoroughly impatient throughout the whole session which irritated the professor.”if you come around me, i’mma have to trip”
Although she may be great at acting, being smart, and being 'innocent', she has her downs as well. She can be a very big pain in the as--butt. She is very sadistic when it comes to battling, loving it to the extreme when her Pokemon lands an attack on the opponent. And she's just plain weird.”where’d you meet him? i met him in detention”

history
This pretty girl was born in the small town of Lakewood, Iona. To a pair of snobby little brats who claimed that they 'loved each other'. Angel was said to be the fall of the Alcala family, which was famous for years but through a curse of an angry Ninetales that was passed down from their ancestors, the Alcala family will fall.
Going into caution, the family had saved money and asked a family friend to buy a house in Kanto. A bad thing to do. Considering the fact that Ninetales are native to the region, the parents acted without thinking.
When the girl was six, she came back to Iona with her aunt who was friends with a not so famous professor. The professor provided a home for the two and soon took Angel in as his own 'daughter'.
He was stupid. As said before, the girl took advantage of the man's teachings. She was tutored all the way up to the age of twelve and was not given a Pokemon until that age. She was given a Lucario, a superb Pokemon indeed.
After obtaining the Pokemon, the girl ran away from the professor and her aunt, going off to join the so-called merciless Team Rocket.
They were not merciless, not at all. In fact, some of the grunts were weak, useless, pathetic fools who did not know how to battle. And they said SHE can't join because she was a 12 year old GIRL? Sexist little.. Ughh.
However, she managed to join either way, she battled her way in, beating some of the lower rank grunts and their Ratatas.
"y'all need to know that I CAN be better than you."
With those words, she was accepted into the team but was defeated by one of the lieutenants, who said she was way into her ego.
Five years later at the age of seventeen, she had undergone extreme training and was promoted captain. Now, she's off to venture around the island to capture more teammates.

appearance
Angel looks average, which easily makes her fit in with her background. To be honest, she doesn't care what people think about her but cares what she thinks about others.
The girl has strawberry brown hair, cut mid length to the base of her neck. She has soft amber eyes that shows fierce determination, pain, and... Hints of being a psycho. Fair skin cover her body, refusing to darken in the sun which sort of irritates her when she wants to get a tan.
Her clothing is that of a normal teenage girl, otherwise known as that of a fashionista's. She can be called a drama queen when it comes to clothing, since she has a bunch when it comes to it. She keeps it in a duffel bag that she carries around.
