Katsu is very eccentric. Many people believe that she is just because she is part of Team Rocket. She is somewhat friendly, but is very odd about it. She does favors but that doesn't necessarily means she likes someone. She only likes people she respects, so once someone sets her off she holds it against them until they do something she likes. She isn't one to throw tantrums and when she's mad she doesn't yell or shout. She simply deals with it. She does the same with sad things, although she is rarely sad since she is pretty optimistic. She enjoys being silly and takes few things seriously, but in a respectable, never obnoxious, manner.

Appearance:
Katsu has maroonish red hair that goes to her shoulders. Her eyes are amber, but move toward brown and yellow depending on what is happening around her. She wears a school uniform quite often, but this is usually when she isn't wearing her Rocket uniform. She sticks to darker colors, and warmer clothing. She wears the hat showing others that she's just a grunt, she really doesn't care much about this status. She always has her bag with her, even though she was specifically told by her fellow Rockets that it was probably against their dress code but since no one told her that it was absolutely without a doubt true, she continued on with it, carrying various items in it.

History:
Born in Iona, Katsu was accustomed to the various places there. She would spend her childhood exploring the routes nearby, often going to the beach in the summer and watching all the water pokemon swimming around. She had always wanted to go travelling but her parents were both against it. She disliked this but waited. She attended school which was something she wasn't very good at.

She made few friends, and the other kids avoided her because of her strange personality. She didn't let it get to her and always stayed optimistic which was something that bothered others. After she finished High School her parents told her she was going to go to college and get a job regardless of her own desires. This was all she could stand so one night she ran away from home, and a few weeks later she joined team rocket. Just for the cash, of course. She'd need it to survive on her own until she could get more serious as a trainer. The real reason she joined though was to get a Pokemon, and she was given a calm little Natu that she named Nakkun.
