Intelligent:

Lilith is a extremely bright individual. She has the capacity to reason, to think abstractly, and to solve problems. She has a massive thirst for knowledge. Majority of the time, she can be seen with a book in her hand or exploring varies places in order to examine Pokemon in their true habitats. She can also be described as a visionary, seeing that she seeks out to achieve her future goals. It's not a secret that she sometimes come across as a "know it all" type of woman. 

Perfectionist:

Lilith often sets high expectations for herself. She is always very conscientious, motivated, and detail-orientated in her work. Unfortunately, she pushes herself a little too hard at times, because she hates failing at anything. If she makes a mistake while working on a research project then she will force herself to continue working on the task over and over again until it becomes flawless in her eyes.

Competitive: 

Lilith is also a very competitive person. She loves being the best at everything, no matter what it is. She considers almost everything to be a challenge, a challenge that she must win. She is not afraid to challenge anything or anyone standing in her way.  Her true competitive side can easily be shown through her battling skills. She battling style focuses on intelligent tactics and pure power. It is fair to say that she is also a bit of a sore loser whenever it comes down to losing a challenge or being outshone by someone else. 

Independent: 

Lilith had to learn how to make it on her own at an every early age. Therefore, she often believes that she does not need help from anyone else. She feels that she does not need anyone else's influences, control, or guidance. She surely does not seek others for affirmation about her own thoughts and ideas. She prefers to work alone and feel in control of her own life. Of course, being a member of Team Rocket, she often finds herself having to cooperate with others and she is fine with it to a certain extent. 

Ice Queen:

Lilith used to be kind and gentle soul. However, after she death of her parents, Lilith quickly found herself becoming rather frigid. She now choses to not effectively express her feelings or thoughts to other people. She other puts her own needs before anyone else's needs in life. She can be rather blunt, controlling, and ruthless at times, too. Majority of her teammates realizes that she's not one to be toyed with unless they're looking for trouble. There are times when her teammates do see her softer side. She would probably never admit it, but she actually does love them and view them all as her family.


Appearance

Lilith stands at the mighty height of 5'10. Her hair is a lovely shade of onyx. Her elongated hair flows down to her backside, the hue of her hair compliments her pale and smooth complexion. Her eyes are framed by long lashes. Her piercing blue eyes shimmers as brightly as sapphires. She often wears a fitted black blazer with a simple white blouse underneath it. She also wears a black and purple tie around her neck, a short plaid mini skirt with the colors black and purple with a pair of black legging and black ballet flats. Her outfit usually showcase her feminine physique in a modest way. She sometimes replaces her blazer with a white lab coat when she's out doing field work and completing research in the lab. 

History:

Lilith grew up in an old-fashioned city known as Ecruteak City, a city located northern part of Johto. Ecruteak City is situated between the monstrous Mt. Mortar, wide, open fields, and peaceful shores. Many people know Ecruteak City as the mystical and historical city of Johto. Lilith's was born and raised in an upper middle class family. However, her family never did believe in spoiling themselves with the finer things in life, because they did not want their great wealth to consume them. Of course, they would treat themselves to a few of the finer things in life every once in a while. The Nightingale family also did not like to rub their wealth into the less fortunate families within the city. Instead of doing so, the family would reach out to help support some of the poor families.

Lilith's father worked as a well known Pokemon Doctor in the community. He was mostly known for his amazing home remedies and his overall knowledge with working with various types of Pokemon. Her father's job was slightly demanding, seeing that he spent most of his time traveling around the different parts of Johto to deliver his unique medicine to his clients. Lilith's mother was a retired actress from back in the day. She later became a co-owner of the famous Kimono Dance Theater, where she once taught a few dance classes. Lilith, having to spend a lot time with her mother in the studio, soon started to learn the skills of a graceful and elegant dancer and how to become a polite hostess for visitors. She even performed dances with the other girls, acted as a tour guide and even helped her mother with the tea ceremonies from time to time.

While in school, Lilith's parents and teacher soon discovered that Lilith was an extremely bright young lady. She managed to master all of her skills in school and even managed to complete majority of her classes ahead of time. Her fellow students quickly became envious of her and even started to tease her. At the time, she did not understand why the other students did not seem to like her. It bothered her so much that she started to hate going to school and she asked her parents if she could become home-schooled. Her parents tried their best to comfort their daughter, but nothing seem to help. Well, nothing that they could do to help her, anyway. Dancing and singing always helped her to clear her mind and even helped her focus on other things that she enjoyed in life. While dancing at the theater, the Kimono girls finally decide to teach their apprentice the ways of becoming one with Pokemon though battles. It was not long after that Lilith discovered her new passion for Pokemon.

During a winter break, Lilith and her parents decided to take a luxurious trip to a new region by the name of Iona. The family wanted to visit a foreign region that would introduce them to new adventures. The family ended up taking a hiking trip in one of the icy mountains. Everything appeared to have been going well during the hiking trip. Lilith and her Gothita were having a great time playing in the snow, and her parents were discussing other plans that the family could participate in next. However, things soon started to change quickly as a massive avalanche took action surprisingly, taking the family down by force. Lilith parents where the first to go down with the avalanche, taking the worst part of it while Lilith and the Pokemon only took a small amount of the damage from the disaster thanks to Gothita quick ability to use her psychic powers to fight back some of the falling ice. However, Houndour wasn't able to fight off the ice long enough for her friend to escape. Luckily, a Wild Absol appeared and rescued both Lilith and the Pokemon from the disaster. Unfortunately, the 10 year old girl and her Pokemon were not able to save the girl's parents.

Lilith was left alone in a foreign region without much anything to keep her warm and safe. The young girl cried and feared for her life, but luckily she still had Inkay, Houndour, and Absol to look after her. The Absol took it upon herself to lead the young girl and her Pokemon back to her small cave. The Absol provided the young girl with local berries, herbs and protection. Lilith found herself living within the mountains for about three weeks until a mysterious man and his wife stumbled up on the Absol's cave and discovered the human girl living with the Pokemon. The adults didn't waste anything time questioning the young girl about her parents. Lilith explained everything to the adults and the mysterious family quickly offered the young girl a new home. Lilith was a bit skeptical at first, but later took up their offer. However, she made the adults promised that she would be able to take the Absol and her Gothita along with her.

A few years passed and Lilith found herself becoming full of joy again. Her new adopted family were starting to make her feel like she was apart a kind and loving family again. Her adopted father was clever Pokemon Scientist and her adopted mother worked as a school teacher. Lilith spent majority of her time bonding with her new father. He often allowed her to watch him work in his lab as well as invited her out to do field work with her. One thing that Lilith did not know until later was that her father wasn't just a normal scientist, but a scientist for Team Rocket. Once Lilith turned 16 years old, her adopted father had introduced her to Team Rocket. He knew that the boss would be extremely impressed with Lilith's knowledge concerning Pokemon and her sharpen battling skills and he was correct. The former boss of Team Rocket took a great interest in his colleague's daughter and her potential to become a vital member of his team. It wasn't too long before Lilith found herself studying under Team Rocket. The former boss had promised her new learning skills that would enhance her knowledge and skills related to Pokemon. 

A couple of more years passed and the former boss of Team Rocket believed that it would be a good idea for Lilith to attend a local university to increase her knowledge related to Pokemon even more. Lilith was belated to know that she would be given the opportunity to enhance her over all knowledge of Pokemon an work towards her dream of becoming a Pokemon Researcher. While attending the university, Lilith focused majority of her studies on subjects such as Theory and Ethics of Pokemon Evolution, Human and Pokemon Dynamics, Pokemon History and Origin, and Pokemon Abilities and Development.

Once graduating from the university, Lilith started spending more time studying under the other researchers and scientists working for Team Rocket. She starting using all of the knowledge and skills that she obtained over the years to help Team Rocket with some of their latest projects. She became a vital member and helpful researcher doing the long and tedious war. She had proven to be a skilled trainer and talented researcher, but soon resorted to her gaining a higher rank. She hopes to continue working alongside Team Rocket and possibly even becoming one of their lead researchers in the future.
