Five years have done little to fault or perfect Oozora’s appearance. His visage, while still retaining some sense of youth, has reinforced in all the right places. Possessing a dominant bone structure, a simple smile lifts his cheekbones to new heights. Skin tanned lightly, the most substantial aspect of his face remains entrapped within his gaze. Eyes tapered to reflect his oriental heritage, the coloration of his irises are a bright, emerald green. A simple glare possesses enough emotional exemplification, or lack thereof to articulate his mood and intention. Beyond the windows to his soul, Oozora’s below shoulder-length hair is a vibrant shade of silver; abnormal much like his bright eyes.
Standing approximately 6”2, Oozora claims above-average height, and while his visage is physique is lean, the trainer enjoys little body fat. This reflects his commitment to his body and mind, for his form, bare, is both carved and proportionate.
★ PERSONALITY
A charmer by nature, Oozora’s dialect, approach and mannerisms orbits around the notion of being appealing. While unintentional, his actions and reactions are inspired by a modest approach to the thin line between confidence and arrogance. He knows his strengths all too well, and allows them to blossom in the eyes of others. A very human thing, the trainer accepts himself in all it entails, without neglecting his flaws:
Until meeting and eventually falling in love with Serenity, the Ranger knew nothing of trust. He believed in himself, and his Pokémon. All other variables of loyalty and trust were abandoned. However, as time becomes the only constant in the world, Oozora learned that stagnation could be a form of cancer. He matured and developed a sense of self, and most importantly, a sense of trust. While still fragile, its attachment to the man grows stronger with time and new friendships formed. Beyond his self-imposed lack of reliance, Oozora is highly competitive. Failure is never an option and the thought of being inferior could easily be more damaging than the actual result thereof.
The only love even comparable to that for Serenity is for his team. His Pokémon mean the world to him, and this very affection drove the former champion-in-training to pursue a new role in life: saving all Pokémon. Seemingly toxic, his love for Pokémon is also his Achilles heel. He’ll do anything for them, even at the risk of himself without a second thought. This obsessive need to save all extends to his friends, family and all of humanity as well.
Despite his obsession of sorts, Oozora is very coherent and thorough. His analytical mind is superior to most and he juggles several thoughts with relative ease. His ability to think in various ways contributes to every aspect of his personality and augments certain characterizes at times.
★ HISTORY
It started with a dream.
This dream was planted and nurtured until a new reality sprouted. Oozora had one several badges and a number of battles while competed in every level of competitive Pokémon training. He won, he lost and he learned—matured.
This very passion brought the young trainer to enrolling himself in the academy located deep within the heart of the Iona region. He developed his craft and cultured himself alongside his crush, Serenity. During this period, the two’s relationship maximized and reached the plateau that only aligned itself with “eternity,” and became engaged. This very action only motivated the already passionate trainer to better himself, for his new family. The years would fly by without hesitation, and within this period, Oozora learned all he could.
Graduating within the highest percentile alongside his fiancé, Oozora soon separated himself from the blonde to explore his passion while she followed hers. Battling gyms and earning his position in the League tournament, Oozora advanced all the way to the final round, only to lose, however. The defeat shattered his confidence, however, Serenity was able to reconstruct his courage and sense of self. Her fortitude and commitment to his dream allowed the trainer to regain himself and attempt it again, only to finally win upon his second attempt. He had become a world-class trainer and battler, and his success was a direct result of allowing someone so close to him. Allowing his vulnerability to glisten in her heart.
Thought of competing again wasn’t farfetched, as Oozora knew he had to defend his reputation and prestige. However, the war against Team Rocket dismantled that veracity, and forced Oozora to undertake a new role in the world: a Ranger. He moved across the world, attempting to correct the errors of his opponents in team rocket, only to return to Serenity months following. He had a commitment to this world, nonetheless, he made one to his love years prior and that took precedence.
In life, Oozora came to understand worldly concepts: success, failure, victory, loss, hate, love. Now, it was time to study another conception: love and family.
After a number of successful campaigns across the regions, Oozora felt the pressures of being away from home. He needed a more stable environment that would afford him time with Serenity, as as well as to continue his dreams. His talent and reputation far exceeded expectations, which allowed him the chance to become the Gym Leader of Far City; specializing in the use of Dragon Types. Accepting the offer humbly, Oozora adopted his newest role as one of true importance.

The highly-rated defensive pokemon of Oozora's quality-caliber team, this Metagross is both intrigued by a lot, and amused by very little. He's simple yet complex and acts according to how he feels at any particular time. He knows: Psychic, Gravity, Flash Cannon, and Earthquake.
VICE. ELITE. LEVITATE.
The pokemon most captured in mystery, Vice is the epitome of creepy. He haunts, torments and tricks his trainer into various activities and schemes. However, despite his playful and almost trollish behavior, the respect shared by all Oozora's pokemon isn't lost on him. Vice will accomplish any feat given to him by his trainer. He knows: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Destiny Bond, and Psychic.

One of Oozora's oldest companions, Maxie was rescued by the ranger several years prior. Found as a Pichu, malnourished and agitated, the trainer nursed the young electric mouse back to help. This ultimately forged a bond between the two that seemingly unbreakable. Playful and equally charming as Oozora, Maxie is confident in his power, despite not being Oozora's strongest pokemon, physically. He knows: Volt Tackle, Thunderbolt, Iron Tail and Double team.

Maxie is a very confident, flirtatious and collected creature. Despite his gregarious demeanor, he is well-trained and possesses keen instincts and high intellect. He knows: Solar Beam, Leaf Blade, Quick Attack and Protect.

Goliath, as his name suggests, is a massive construct. Largely due to his strong-forged body, the Noivern is both undeniably powerful, but equally passive.. A creature who keeps to himself, he unknowingly practices stoicism and only derails from his ways during battle; much like the majority of Oozora's pokemon. A gentle giant, he becomes Godzilla on the battlegrounds. He knows.: Boomburst, Moonlight, Focus Blast , and Psychic.

The pokemon most captured in mystery, Nara is the epitome of disciplined.Extremely physical, Nara is at his most violent and ruthless during combat. A strong combatant by nature, he requires little instruction when it comes to conflict, however, he refuses to act outside the conditions granted by his trainer. Possessing both immense speed and strength, he's a powerhouse without limitations--unless placed upon him by Oozora himself. He knows: Sandstorm, Dragon Rush, Dig and Fire Blast.

The true monarch of the oceans, King--an adaptation of its species name--is the pinnacle of power in the sea. Oozora's strongest water-based companion, this Kingdra, while limited to the water, is as deadly as they come.
