HISTORY
Azami is a native to Iona and has always had a love for Steel-type Pokemon. She went out of her way to move to Boron City to study under Kitsumaru, the steel-type specialized gym leader. He eventually left and let her fill in until he was gone so long that she was hired as the full-time gym leader. She helped protect the innocent during Team Rocket's attack on Iona and housed many sick and injured inside the gym. After Team Rocket's reign of terror ended, she took up a temporary position as the assistant of the Pokemon League Champion who just happened to be Kitsumaru, her old boss, in order to do her part in rebuilding Iona. |
