Personality:
Kelsey isn't a shy person. She is very talkative, especially to her friends. Rarely you would see her not talk with people. She makes friend easily, but sometimes she worries that new people with think she is too weird to accept her as a friend. Once you befriend Kelsey, you'll have a loyal, true friend that would be there if you needed her in a heartbeat.
Just becareful when Kelsey gets mad, her red hair gets the best of her.
Appearance:
Kelsey has dark brown hair that has a red tint to it. Her Hair reaches to about her shoulders. She has deep green eyes that glow and draw you into them. Kelsey has tanned skin from all the sunny days on the island. Kelsey wears a creme sweater. It reflects the sun's rays while keeping her warm like on the island. She wears black jeans or dark navy jeans. She isn't too fussy on color, but loves her jeans. When ever she is relaxing she'd wear sweatpants with a comfortable t-shirt.
When Kelsey is in a contest, she looks a little different. In her hair, she has a lovely cream head piece with ruby red beads. Kelsey also wears a pearl necklace. She wears a creme satin dress with a sweatheart neck-line that ends around her knees. The dress also has a black ruffle edging detail that runs along the top and bottom of the dress. Kelsey usually wears black and creme striped stockings with her dress with creme high heels to match. Also on the high heels there are red beads, the same as the hair accessory. She sometimes brings her guitar with her as well.

History:
Kelsey was born on a hot morning in Cinnabar Island. She was born in one of the only hospital on the island. She was born at the hottest time of the day, aka 12:00pm. Her parents were grateful that the hospital had A.C.
When Kelsey was 6 years old she stumbled on the Island's gym. The gym leader thought she was crazy for having such an interest in volcano and Fire pokemon. After that day they met he took her under his wing and taught her the way of pokemon battles and contests.
On Kelsey's 11 birthday, Blane gave her her first pokemon. A Ponyta. She loved the pony like pokemon to death. The two of them traveled around the island together every day. The pair were inseparable.
