The Contest Hall in Border Town was now being filled with an audience and hopefully soon coordinators as well. THere was a sign-up sheet sitting at a table for any last minute entrants and the Contest Advisor Audrey would not be there. In her place would be Kitsumaru, the former Gym Leader of Boron, along with two other judges, Nurse Joy, and the Border Town Gym Leader. To announce everything, the judges hired a woman by the name of Jillian to take care of everything, who had won quite a few contests back in the day.
Kitsumaru and the other judges were by the stage already discussing the contest. They had noted that many well-known up-and-coming coordinators and trainers had already registered. They wouldn't start right away but the judges wanted to get comfortable first before they did anything else. Nurse Joy seemed happy to be there and Tomoyo the Gym Leader seemed rather happy too. Kitsumaru was a bit unhappy with the fact that when they had asked him to do this it was only because Audrey and his brother were away.

Aki walked in looking a hot mess. Her hair was black, her clothes were slightly ripped in the wrong places and worst of all, she had a very disgruntled face. The Pichu had made her live, horrible, and the worst thing was....that this happened in mere HOURS. Not days, but hours.
A contest. Contest was a place that trainers meet and a converse. Maybe she could stick the demonchu with one of the coordinator chumps. Just maybe...Hopefully?

Alix with her bangs array and plastered to her forehead, the brunette entered the scene. However, this time she was not alone. A small child was situated on her back as she entered the great hall. Phew! She was tired! That was quite the jaunt! Crouching down, she allowed Akika to gently slip from her shoulders. Remaining close to the young child, Alix looked around the main area. It looked similar to that of Ample Town, Alix's last contest attempt. Now that she thought about it, Akika was there as well!
Looking around, Alix quickly scooped up Maggie, clutching the pink Fairy dog in her grasp. Matt had given her a rundown of his plan, which worked out quick well. In fact, it was perfect. Mikey and Matthew had been practicing this, not exactly knowing they'd put it to use. The boys would handle the appeal, leaving the battle up to Maggie and Matthew.
Looking about, she only saw one other body (other than Akika and herself). The girl looked...worn out. Black hair with slightly shredded clothes, and a cluster of pokemon, she almost looked... savage or wild. But of course she wasn't. She must have been through a lot. Concern arose on Alix's face as she examined her thoughts. "Are you ok?" she said, calling out to the black haired girl.

Akika allowed herself to be slid off of Alix's back with ease. She was too busy glancing around the area to take much notice anyway. Sparkle too was now moving himself down Akika's body and allowed himself to land beside his trainer's feet with Momo, who was panting a bit, having trotted all along the way. Her ears were slightly drooped as she caught her breath, looking around in the building as well, letting her tail wrap around her small body. Sparkle's diamond-shaped ears twitched slightly as Akika too heard Alix call to another. Tilting his head, he walked to the trainer and smiled brightly. "Pichu!! Pichu!!" He said, clapping his hands and laughing at how the girl looked. Akika too covered her mouth and giggled, finding it funny, just as Sparkle did.

Where were the other trainers seriously?! You would think that there would be quite a few people at a contest right? No, there was herself and well, herself. There was no one else here. Well, that was a lie. The Raichu family and her Combusken where with her. She would be fine with just Combusken, even with the Raichu. But the Pichus were all to much together in a group.
Aki turned at the sound of the door opening up behind her. Thank Arecus! Another trainer! Yes, she could get rid of one these Pichus finally. The girl came up to her and asked what was wrong with her. Well, in nicer words anyway. She began to think she could tell her that the Pichu's had done this to her. Who would want them after that?
"Um....I got in a little accident on the way here.....So yeah." said Aki with a sheepish smile and a fake blush. It was a good thing that she was good at faking things when she needed to. "So...My name is Aki....W-Whats yours?"
Aki attention was turned to a Pichu and a small child next to the girl that had talked to her. At first Aki's eye began to twitch with anger but then it disappeared and returned to her false face of happiness. She bent down and rubbed both the childs and the Pichu's head and said, "I-It's not nice to laugh at other people...."

An accident? Man, that must have been a pretty decent tumble that this black-haired girl got herself into. Did she encounter a tough wild pokemon? If so, why had she gone straight to the contest without tidying herself? Hm...
Then again, Alix could ask herself the same thing. She wasn't exactly the pride and joy of the coordinating world. Her clothes were a tad damp from perspiring, though she didn't smell (thank got for deodorant) and her hair was curly and slightly messed. It had been a long morning or exercise. It was lucky enough that Alix was up this early.
"Oh, can I do anything for you?" the brunette offered, wondering if she could aid the distressed girl in any way. Perhaps hand her a hair brush, maybe a set of clothes or even some money. "I'm Alix," the girl introduced, then lowered her gesturing hand to the smaller child beside her. "And this is Aki...ka. This might be a bit confusing..."
Alix noted the disapproving twitch in the ebony-haired girl's eye. Probably annoying at Akika's childishness. Alix smiled guiltily, but Aki calmed herself and patted Akika on the head, chastising her gently. Alix smiled, approving of this. Would someone else aid her in teaching the young Akika morals?

"Thank you for the ride Tempest, you deserve a nice long rest," A soft and smoothing voice stated as a brilliant flash of red light surrounded a rather majestic looking Pidgeot, swiftly pulling him back into his cozy Pokeball. After returning the Pokemon back into his Pokeball, an angelic looking young lady soon revealed herself into the outside view. She was turned in a rather stylish school girl outside along with her own modern twist of a brightly hued scarf and a pair of hued heels to go along with her feminine style. The girl's long, golden blonde hair flowed effortless down her back and her sparkling sapphire blue eyes focused on a cutesy Eevee standing close by to her on her right side. "Well Halo, we're finally here, I guess we should go inside and see who's already here," Serenity suggested as she slowly started leading the way toward the Contest Hall, Halo quickly pranced behind her. Walking inside of the building, Serenity's bright blue eyes quickly pointed out the site of two familiar faces surrounding an unknown person. "Alix.....Akika..." She spoken to herself softly, before making her way over toward the small group. Halo slowly followed her trainer, trying her best to hide herself from the trio. "Hey Alix and Akika!" She greeted them with her soft words and warming smile. It had been quite a while since she has seen both Alix and Akika around, as a matter of fact the last time she probably seen them around was most likely at the last Pokemon Contest that had been canceled for certain reasons. "How are you two?" She asked them sweetly. Meanwhile, Halo was slowly peeking at the trio from behind her trainer's legs, trying her best not to be too noticeable at the moment.

Enter, Oozora
As all who inhabited the interior of the grand contest all basked in each other’s immediate company, the door that once rested steadily closed gradually slipped open. Pressing against the steel balustrade outside was lightly-tanned hand, belonging to none other than Hoshikedo Oozora. The door flung open, and soon the Silver-haired Trainer stepped in, followed by the leisure closing of the glass door.
As he stood in the lobby open, the green orb that rested on his face moved from left-to-right, as if he were taking in comprehensively all that existed within. After a few moments, he noticed one familiar face. However unlike before, he wouldn’t approach her, yet he’d make his way over to one of the many cushioned seats. Picking up one of the Magazines that laid on the glass table in front, he soon took a seat as he flipped open the informing editorial and started gazing over.
“ Pharaoh would love this.”
He exclaimed quiet to himself as he grinned slightly. Obviously he was looking at the buyable brands within the magazine. However once again, he flipped the pages, unwearyingly waiting for the contest to begin.

Moments after a certain, green-eyed, albino-haired individual had seated himself, the doors through which the aforesaid character had stepped through abruptly burst open. The cause of which was a puissant gust of wind that unhesitatingly overtook the entire building. As well, scrupulous flood of air also carried a massive amount of sand and rubble with it. This particular current in question surged off to the center of the floor where it halted and began a rapid spinning motion. From within the small sand tornado that commanded the attention of all, a hazy, rotating silhouette could barely be made out.
Without warning, the wind dispersed. The sand seemed to vanish, alongside the bewitching tornado that carried it. All that was left was a debonair young man whose blonde locks flustered in the dying winds, a red/white globule gyrating high in the air that contained the striking male’s mode of transportation [Flygon], and an ancient crustacean whom housed the elements of stone and sea all within his cast-iron shell.
The pulchritudinous man hadn’t entered in his the uniform of his current occupation, nor did he enter in his casual hoodie/jacket combo. No. Today, the elegant Tray Waters wore a stylish white, silk jacket, which bore a striking resemblance to a businessman’s tux. Underneath was a bright yellow, also silk shirt to perfectly compliment his strangely radiant hair. Come to think of it, why was it so lustrous today? Had the exceptionally lethargic male taken the time to shampoo and condition it this morning? Heh. Guess the impossible is possible. To finish his outfit, Tray wore silk white, baggy pants and white construction boots. Though usually a bad matchup, the boots seemed to make the outfit, especially with their yellow laces/stitching.
The well-dressed young man strutted sauntered over to the collection of trainers, coordinators, and… coalitioners. [ooc: Men can at least “saunter”, right Maya. >.<] His resurrected cohort followed suit. In mid-glide, his Pokéball gently landed into his palm as he immediately minimized it and tucked it into his silk white jacket. There were two faces he recognized by name. The gorgeous and soothing Serenity Song, and the stunning Alix Taylor. There was a small child whom the young blonde simply could not place a name on, and an attrac-- … attra-- …well… she WOULD be attractive. What this woman had went through to have be left in such disarray was beyond him. Regardless, the brunette needed some cleaning up if she wished to earn a heart-warming and seemingly genuine comment from the seductive present day Giacomo Casanova. Disregarding this fact, Tray spoke in an enchanting voice.“It’s nice to see you again Serenity. You’re still as stunning as ever.” An uplifting smile sprawled across his lips.“Alix, how has that little blue tyke been treating you?” As he eyes touched upon everyone, and every Pokémon, his teal-blue eyes dawdled on Raichu momentarily. Though, of course, he made sure to keep it unnoticeable. His eyes told the thunder rat all she needed to know. She was to keep her connections to him a secret until she was instructed otherwise. By this time, her gaze met that of the brunette that accompanied his faithful Raichu. A small smile broke out, though no words followed. As mentioned earlier, she needed to clean herself first.

Before her question was answered, Alix was once again, interrupted. Words were soft and gentle, like a soothing legato phrase from a musical piece. Only one body could hold a voice so touched and graced with perfection. Alix turned slowly, remaining securely planted by Akika as Serenity Song strutted over, gleaming in her beauty and brilliance. Alix felt a twinge of jealously twitch through her, wishing she had that beauty and elegance. Even with the world's best plastic surgeon, Alix could never attain that level of angelic grace and appearance.
Though, Alix was surprised. Serenity seemed to display no difficulties in identifying her. Well, that would be considered normal, had Alix not sneaked into the mountains for a good three months. Perhaps she would look faintly alike, but even Alix didn't deny that she had lost a decent amount of weight. She went from built to... sinewy. Like her muscles broke down and were rebuilt slimmer and stronger. Like the perfect dream of those gym girls. Though, granted that she had access to actual food, she had regained some weight back. But with her hair longer, face slimmer and eyes more withdrawn and almost challenging, she did look different. Perhaps it was Matthew.
Before Serenity came into clear view, Maggie retreated into the confines of her pokeball. According to Alix's theory, she wanted to keep Maggie hidden. The fairy dog was tough and would prove to be a significantly strong secret weapon. Matthew leaped up, taking Maggie's empty place in Alix's grasp.
Alix swept her gaze across the blond once more. The brunette had believed that Serenity had reached her beauty peak when she had last seen her. However, this was not the case. The girl proved to be beyond the judging podium. Cripes, this girl had stumbled from the Angel's department in heaven. She was smart, stunningly beautiful and all-around perfect. Alix sighed, again almost longing that image.
Though, the mountains had not just changed Alix's physique. She had learned a lot of things up a board that peak, mainly coming to terms with herself. She, when living in isolation, accepted herself. She was fine with being plain ol' Alix with the unkempt hair, not-so-perfect body and klutziness. She held herself a little more straight, head not bent down and eyes that didn't submit.
"I'm decent, you?" Alix replied, tone even and relatively relaxed, even though she felt a little on edge. She hadn't been around this many people since the last tournament that she had partaken in. And everyone knew that that didn't go...as planned. Another body entered soon after this thought. Jet white hair and cold green eyes, the man kept to himself without greeting a soul. Alix, tempted to confront and try to make friends, felt her old habits return. Again, she wasn't the upbeat and utterly outgoing. She preferred to keep to herself as well, but she had a child to take care of.
Not seconds later, a heavy burst of dust, grit and lashes of air whipped through the hall and angrily confronted the group. Alix allowed a grin to tug at her face. Aki and herself didn't exactly have painted nails and styled hair, so the wind didn't seem to bother the latter. Shielding her eyes for a moment until the minor sandstorm passed, she glanced up with saddle brown orbs to quickly stiffen and glare stare away. The one and only. Tray Waters.
Normally, Alix wouldn't really mind the charming blond. Per contra, that particular blond had bestowed a smooch AND an annoying-stupid-goofy-silly-joking-mentally-handicapped-blue reptilian on her AND expected her to keep her sanity along with it. This was quite enough to make the girl and boy be on rough terms with one another. Even so, it was undeniable that Alix could not remain mad with the blond. Turning to meet the formally dressed man, she attempted a smile. Matthew attempted a snarl (but was gently punched by his partner).
And of course, Mr. Waters touched on the annoying reptilian that she was forced to store within her bag for obvious reasons. Again, Alix was baffled by the fact that she was so easily recognized by these old time friends. "He's splendid." Alix relayed, sarcasm nearly dripping off of her voice and pooling on the floor. Of course, the turtle from hell had to come from this man. No other person would have the heart to put such a destructive, yet not-meaning-to-be-destructive pokemon in her hands.
"How's life for the ambrosial Mr. Waters?"
